The Cambridge Students' Awards celebrates the achievements of Cambridge students who volunteer across the university and the wider Cambridge community. Whether you are in a society, campaign, college J/MCR committee or another area of student volunteering, we want to recognise you.
Information
The event will take place on Friday 14th June. There will be Welcome Drinks served from 6:30pm and the awards ceremony will start at 7:30pm in the Main Hall. There will be a snack station and hydration station for all attendees to enjoy, which will serve a variety of drinks, and sweet and savoury snacks!
Dress Code
The dress code is smart casual with an emphasis on smart. We'd like everyone to look nice and dress to impress at the awards, but if you don't want to, you don't have to.
Photographer
There will be a photographer at the event. If you are attending and do not want your picture taken, please email us at activities@cambridgesu.co.uk.
Accessibility Statement
There is wheelchair access. There is padded seating, an accessible toilet, and a gender-neutral toilet. There is general car parking, and blue badge parking, by request in advance. There is a designated quiet space, by request at the event. There isn't a hearing loop, or a BSL interpreter.
Prayer Space
Access to a prayer space will be available during the event. This space is allocated on the third floor of the SU building (at the end of the corridor, past the SU Lounge) where there will be two rooms booked. There will be signage around the building displaying directions as well as SU staff members on hand ready to help.
