	Jennie Hastie Executive Administrator I support, advise and liaise with the Graduate Union Sabbatical Officers and the elected GU Board in the running of the Graduate Union. I provide institutional knowledge and help ensure continuity for the Graduate Union in light of the annual changeover of student officers. I manage the GU’s facilities, such as the Shop, which sells a variety of necessities including stationery, greetings cards and second hand gowns. I also provide students with essential services such as document binding and printing and I coordinate room bookings. I am usually the first point of contact for student enquiries. 	Kate Jones Student Advisor I offer free and confidential support to all students. You can come and see me with any issues you have – whether personal or academic. I am based at the Graduate Union, so do feel free to pop by or make an appointment to come to see me. You can also reach me by phone or email. Whether you would like to discuss something that is bothering you or need help navigating college or University regulations, don’t hesitate to get in touch. I might not always have the answer, but I should have a good idea of who can help within your college, the University, and the wider community in Cambridge. This being said, the Student Advice Service is independent and confidential and we won’t tell your college or department that you have used the service unless you would like us to. I am here to help you make the most of your experience during your studies.
