The Graduate Union Shop buys second hand BA Status and MA Status gowns to then hire out or re-sell.
If you have such a gown and wish to sell it to us, please bring it along to the Graduate Union Shop during
opening hours. If it’s clean and in good condition, we’ll most likely buy it from you for £20. Payment is by cheque and will be posted to you within 2-4 weeks.
Don’t worry if you will be leaving Cambridge within the next 4 weeks and closing your UK bank account; if you can arrange for a friend to give you the cash before you leave, we can raise the cheque in their name.
